Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wedding Village Convention Centre website and any enquiry, booking, or engagement of our venues and services. By submitting an enquiry or entering into a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting the enquiry form on our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the venue, date, and terms in writing, and any required advance payment has been received.

2. Payments

Bookings typically require an advance payment to reserve your chosen date and venue. The balance payment schedule, along with any applicable taxes, will be detailed in your individual booking agreement. Prices for venues, catering, and add-on services are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Advance payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on how close the request is to the confirmed event date, as specified in your individual booking agreement. We recommend discussing cancellation terms with your wedding consultant before confirming your booking.

4. Guest Numbers and Venue Capacity

Final guest counts must be confirmed within the timeframe specified in your booking agreement. Venue capacities listed on our website are approximate and may vary based on event layout, seating style, and applicable safety regulations.

5. Vendor and Service Arrangements

Where third-party vendors (such as external caterers, photographers, or entertainers not provided by us) are engaged for your event, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate agreements are in place with those vendors. We reserve the right to require that all vendors on our premises meet our venue's safety and conduct standards.

6. Conduct and Venue Use

All guests and vendors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with venue rules. We reserve the right to intervene or remove any individual whose conduct endangers the safety of guests, staff, or property, or violates applicable law.

7. Liability

While we take extensive care in planning and hosting your event, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure. We are also not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises by guests or vendors.

8. Force Majeure

If an event cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, both parties agree to work in good faith toward a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling the event where possible.

9. Photography and Media

We may photograph or film events hosted at our venue for promotional purposes, such as our website and marketing materials. If you would prefer that images from your event not be used in this way, please inform us in writing in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from bookings or use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking agreement will govern that booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
